-
It is a 2 MP module (Maximum resolution ~1920×1080) compatible with certain Hanwha Vision camera systems
-
The lens is a fixed focal length of 2.4 mm.
-
The field of view (FOV) is wide: roughly 138° horizontal × 73° vertical when using the 2.4 mm lens version
-
Minimum illumination (i.e., how little light is needed for the module to capture usable image) is about 0.45 lux at F2.0 in color mode.
-
Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) is reported around 120 dB, allowing better handling of high contrast scenes
-
It uses a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor.
-
Mount/connection: This module connects via an RJ12 cable/interface to the main unit (camera head) in the modular system.
Physical Specification
-
Dimensions: Ø24 mm × 49.8 mm approximately (for the module body) and weight around ~318 g
-
Operating temperature: about -10 °C to +55 °C with <90% relative humidity
-
The housing is plastic (for this model) and is a “straight body” format
Compatibility
-
It is intended for use with the Hanwha Vision modular camera system e.g., the XNB-6001 series. In other words, you don’t use it standalone; it forms part of a modular unit (module + main camera body).
-
Because of its wide field of view and good low-light/WDR performance, it’s suited for surveillance use where a broad scene capture is needed (entrances, halls, wide rooms, etc).
-
Being a fixed lens (2.4 mm) means it is not meant for zooming/variable focal length; you choose this when you want a specific angle and don’t need zoom.
