4K Resolution

4K resolution (3840 x 2160) gives you wide screen high definition images for recordings and for live display via NVR or Home Computer. High quality 4K recordings ensure you capture identifying features and events in the best quality possible. The camera captures 4K at 30 frames per second with a 108° field of view, this produces hyper-smooth video and still images at a frame rate that will provide the clearest image during any point in recording and allow you to view a large area with a wide FOV.

AI SSA and Quick Pick

The artificial intelligence programmed into the camera can do a multitude of tasks. AI SSA or self-scene adaptation allows the AI to scan the environment and change the video settings according to the light levels, this gives you the most accurate and high quality image possible at all times. It’s advanced AI can perform tasks like quick pick, which is an AI smart search that works in tandem with your NVR, this allows the user to input attributes like clothing type/color, facial hair, gender, etc. The system then scans all of the recorded footage and comes up with all of the video files containing subjects with those attributes.

SMD 4.0

Montavue’s latest Smart Motion Detect 4.0 detects humans and vehicles to provide more accurate notifications than ever before. SMD 4.0 is the latest generation of smart motion detect ability from Montavue. With a 99% accuracy rate and further recognition distance than ever before, SMD 4.0 is sure to impress with its performance. Built directly into the camera, this uses onboard AI to perform recognition abilities to save your NVRs processing power and AI functionality for other channels that may have better use of it.

Built-in Microphone

The camera comes with a built-in microphone for audio recording. Capture any audio from your events whether the sound is coming from across the street or it’s a conversation in the yard. The built-in mic has directional abilities, meaning that it is more efficient and sensitive towards the area that the camera is pointed, this ensures you only hear what is important and background noise is kept to a minimum. Live audio can be transmitted to your remote devices on Montavue GO or listened to from your NVR. If recording audio is not necessary or allowed in your location, deactivation is fast and simple.

IR LED Night Vision

The camera has powerful night vision capability using an IR LED infrared light. Reaching a maximum distance of 100 feet, the IR LED infrared will pierce through pure darkness allowing you to have a clear view of what is happening in your camera view. The sensors will automatically adjust for available light and activate the IR LED only when the full night color optics are no longer the best option for visibility.

IP67 Weatherproof

The camera is built with an aluminum metal body for rigid structure and damage resistance. Rated IP67 weatherproof, this will prevent all water and moisture from entering the camera as well as dust. It’s capable of withstanding constant water contact without damage to the electronics onboard. Combined with a temperature range from -40°F – 140°F, this camera is suitable for nearly any environment.

IK10 Vandal-Proof

The camera is equipped with an IK10 rated vandal-proof dome. The vandal- proof dome allows your camera to sustain damage from blunt weapons and projectiles and still function properly.
